Held at St. Brigid’s Center for the Arts, IGNITE! will begin on Friday night with an opening 75 minute guided discussion which will set the stage for the experiences ahead and allow participants to meet each other in a meaningful way. This opening session will be followed by a performance by Ottawa musician, Megan Jerome, in a social setting.
Saturday and Sunday will be divided into 75 minute sessions with artist facilitators Peter Ryan (ball play), Babette Lightner (reflective movement), Jennifer Moir (singing) Alice Vander Vennen (assemblage art) and Kathy Armstrong (drumming).

A dynamic and interactive keynote session will be presented on Saturday evening by renowned speaker Margaret Wheatley and  improv drummer Jerry Granelli, and will be open to members from the general public.

Sunday’s sessions will include a reflective and grounding session for participants to invite them to clarify and integrate the experience of the weekend.
