IGNITE!

IGNITE! ~ a weekend forum exploring the release of creativity and its connections to personal potency and development, through experiential workshops, discussions, personal reflection and a keynote presentation by renowned writer and speaker Margaret Wheatley and drummer Jerry Granelli.

The weekend sessions will involve singing, drumming, movement, discussion and reflection. They will highlight the artistic principles of improvisation, call and response, and community-making to release and empower the individual’s capacity for creativity and illuminate its uses in work and personal settings.

IGNITE! will attract participants from the fields of education, business, arts, and community non-profits. We are planning for 40 participants to attend the forum in it’s entirety, and open ticket purchase for the keynote address for up to 100 additional attendees Saturday evening. (Note: Weekend participants will have the keynote included in their registration)

IGNITE! will be held at St. Brigid’s Centre for the Arts,  in the vibrant Byward Market area of Ottawa, with Friday night’s opening session location to be confirmed.
